Why does the US have the highest federal corporate tax rates in the world?

The reason is simple. The United States has no federal consumption tax, which many other nations have. Consumption taxes also make products more expensive and these taxes are essentially paid by consumers. I think your argument is flawed because it fails to take into account consumption taxes in many other nations which more directly increase the price of products which are sold to consumers.
