I need a topic for an English paper. Help!?

6-7 page informative research paper. Double-spaced. 5-7 sources. I'm very good at writing outlines, doing research, and writing essays, but I have such a difficult time finding a narrow enough topic to fit in 6-7 pages or broad enough topic to fit in 6-7 pages. The paper is for Composition 1. This is the final research paper and is worth 30% of my grade so I want to find a topic that is very interesting and and not too common. Thanks ahead of time!
