Where can I watch Lifetime movie 'She woke up pregnant' online?

Me and a friend really want to see this movie and I've been googling the past hour trying to find a version online but non of them seem to work. We live outside the US, SVG to be exact, so I know finding a version thats streaming openly would be hard but does anyone know where I can go?
