How do I make my parents let me do whatever I want?

My parents are so over-protective. It's annoying. Anything I ask it's an automatic no. Examples - Hey, mom, can I go to the movies with Jane and Mary? " My mom - "No, who are these people? Do I know them, please bring them here first" . "Hey, dad, can I go to Alice's party? " Dad - No, I don't want to risk anything, for I know that you are a trouble-maker. " Hellooo mother ! May I please go over Madeline, my best friend of 5 years house? Mom- No! Because then your going to want to spend the night aswell !" . I mean seriously, they won't let me do ANYTHING . They push me to sneak out at night, because they never give me any freedom, then they ground me for sneaking out. And no, helping around the house, and being good, and getting good grades DOES NOT HELP AT ALL. Because I've been doing that since 3rd grade. I just want freedom, I just want them to forget about me and let me do whatever the hell I want to do. Yes, I realize I'm lucky to have parents like this, but honestly I don't care. I want to do whatever I want, whenever I want. Any suggestions on making them give me some freedom?
