I think Niclette Dena sounds best, However my favorite name on your list is Madeline. None of the names sound bad with Dena as the middle, so I would suggest just choosing your favorite name, rather than the one that sounds best with the middle, middle names are rarely used anyway. I would also keep Dena as the middle, as you'll be using it as a middle.
