Serious answers only please, why did a stranger kiss me?

Where were you kissed at. In the lips or cheek? I think it's normal if u rescue a stranger's life like if they are drowning or in a fire or trapped somewhere and u rescue them. They will thank you by kissing you. But.... if ur just telling them what they need to know and he just kissed u out of no where that's very unusual.
