Did France get control of the Ohio Valley in the 7 years' war?

This makes no sense because they lost the 7 years' war/French-Indian war. Did they already have it when war broke out, then kept it? Or does this map show a point before the war? What was the situation concerning the Ohio valley before and after the war?
